Refund policy

At Cleverkins, each product is packed with care and love to reach you in perfect condition. 💛
Since our activity books are made to order and often customized, we only accept returns in the case of damaged or defective products.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:
• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• The damage is clearly visible in the unboxing video shared by you.

To help us serve you better, we request you to record a video while unboxing your order — from the moment the parcel is opened till the product is fully visible. This helps us verify and process your request smoothly.


2. How to Request a Return

If your order meets the above conditions:
 1. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at  cleverkins06@gmail.com.
2. Attach the unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days and confirm the next steps.


3. Refund or Replacement

Once approved, you may choose one of the following options:
• A replacement product (for the same item), or
• A refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 working days).

Refunds are not available for:
• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
• Missing unboxing video
• Personalized/customized books


4. No Return / Refund Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect personalization details entered by the customer
• Products damaged after opening without video proof
